Nothing to do-no where to go. No business to go to. Isolation. I'm lucky I have people to be locked down with I love. My daughter and two beautiful grandchildren. Family who call and check on me weekly. It's crazy being a provider/head of household all your life and now have to rely on your adult children and government to help you out. My savings were good for only a month, I usually have at least two months of savings but I dipped into it for small things, thought I had time to replenish. No regrets, it's all good. Well how do I start it has been officially 30 days of lock down. I had become a stay at home person for a few years before this virus hit us. I was watching a video about Bi-Racial Mixed Children and it touched my heart. I think it's wrong and hard for them to have to decide which parent they want to claim. It all balls down to divisiveness. Why should any child/person have to deny one of their parents? Essentially that is what it is. They are both races not one. The boxes they have people check should be changed. Because the races are now being mixed so much in today's time they should update the boxes for people to choose from. Why should "other" be the only option for you being something else, mixed, bi-racial? Something other than one full blooded race? No one in this world is 100% pure of anything! We are living in a global hater, fault finding, finger pointing time right now. We took a shift somewhere towards a global negativity. As I look at Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and see so many hateful things people say on images, pages, timelines, and even groups it saddens me a little. No one is free because we are all on the same playing field so to speak. At one time celebrities where untouchable, now all you have to do is go to a page, link, image, timeline and say what the hell you feel, good or bad. No one is safe from these times. Have you read the "Secret" or the "Power" ? No, well no worries. If you have read the two following books this simple exercise will help bring your vision and dreams to life. Get you some card/poster board the one's used for children for projects. Get a couple of magazines and or print some images from google. You will need scissors, glue and or tape. Use as many boards as you deem necessary for your visions. Maybe a board for your future home, a board for your next office/ business. A board about yourself, where do you see yourself in 6 months to a year. Board for a wedding /engagement etc. Cut your pictures out, organize them in bunches for each board and start designing your board. I like to add titles to each board. My experience with Live Streaming Radio VS. BlogTalk radio is exciting. Being a Co-Host is different for me because I am always the leader of things and the owner of things. Co-Hosting is fun because you don't have to worry about hardly anything you guys are meant to bounce off of each other and present different points of views all the time. A little observation of the professionals and their gloves. Case in point Dental Office. The dental assistant puts on his/her gloves. They touch the computer to pull up your file so they can take X-rays. They touch the keyboard, they touch the mouse, get all the slides up. Then they touch the protective vest and put that around you. They prepare the tools that will go in your mouth to get all the digital images of your teeth. Yeah all the items going in your mouth have protective covering. Did they touch those coverings with the same gloves that they touched everything with? They leave go to a room and hit the X-ray button. Same gloves. Touch the computer, touch the mouse, and repeat the process for all the X-rays. Never once changing those gloves that have touched everything. The only one safe from germs and transfer is the person wearing the gloves who have touched everything in that examination room. In some yoga classes or retreats we have soul sharing moments. Today I am led to have one of those moments with whom ever takes the time to read this. I'm not sure who this will help, someone needs to know that their past does not define them, and you can over come what ever trials you have gone through. I think It went on for a year, some things are fuzzy cause the mind tries to protect itself. I told guys I dated but only came clean to my mom at 25. I took steps, therapy, and of course forgave all the parties involved years ago. Some family members, friends, and associates are finding this out by and by. I get a lot of questions about book writing. My response had been just write. Not everyone's thoughts are like mine, nor do they think as I do, so then how can they just sit down and start writing with no foundation? Everyone has some kind of method, if you have not written anything, then the advice I give is of no substance to you. I later had an "aha" moment and said I need to be more clear and transparent to and for some of the people asking, for I do not desire to discourage any one from fulfilling a dream of becoming a published Author, or telling their story.
