Completed Task

This has really been a humbling experience to send all these query letters out to these agents. Some are nice in their reply. Some responded quickly with a quick email informing me that they received my query. Not sure if I worded the things correctly. But I am proud of my effort. I sent out 35 letters. I broke them down in sets of ten and changed my background in my email for each set. That was a method to see which caught the agents eye. I didn't send any manuscripts those will be sent per the request from the agent. I sent the query, a synopsis, and a bio of myself. Now I am looking for more agents to send my information until I hear some kind of response. The good thing is NO is not going to hurt my feelings. If all fails I will Self-Publish,so either way my novels are getting out. I believe in both of them and I have a story to tell. Two stories in fact at the moment and have two more inside me waiting to come out. So for all my followers and readers agree with me in prayer for my continued success. Much success to you all as well and may God open doors and windows for us all. The task is time consuming but it shall pay off. They have to come out this year...2010

Well I have been stressed lately on things I have no control over and I already know let go and let God, but sometimes things just build up and as simple as those words are, today I am full of so many negative thoughts. Family

Family is a funny and a sad thing. We should consider family to be everything but they are not. Family is the first to stab you in the back. Family are the first to put your business on front street. They will curse you out and talk about you behind your back. I have come in contact with many people who have problems with their family. Members of the family who will put their own mother in a nursing home and steal all the mother's money. Members who will fight over an inheritance when they never saw or cared for the person leaving the money. Family who will stay in your home and not pay a lick of money on ie: food, bills,or cleaning supplies. Family that will turn their back on abusive behavior. True indeed we can not change the family we have been born into or the members of, but we must learn to allow them to be who and what they are and take it for face value. Many of us would enjoy going through a catalog of families and say "I think I want to belong to this family." ...
